Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with all safety seals intact, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery at support@xsyytonic.shop, providing photo evidence.

Refunds
